RAL (Alternative Dispute Resolution)

    Law No. 144/2015, which comes into force on March 23, 2016, may imply changes to the billing software, so that the sales documents issued refer to the RAL (Alternative Dispute Resolution). . This information must be made available in a clear and easily accessible form on the company's website, if any, as well as in other durable documents, such as sales contracts, sales documents such as invoices, etc.
The purpose of this legislation is to oblige companies to inform their customers about the existence of an alternative dispute resolution entity to which they may turn. Failure to comply with this legislation may lead to sanctions.
